Join us for a screening of Věra Chytilová’s DAISIES, one of the greatest films of all time. Two teenage girls decide that since the world is spoiled, they will be spoiled too. They embark on a series of destructive pranks to rebel against a materialistic society.

The votes have now been counted (and re-counted several times because some of us actually thought Speed deserved to win but nevermind, we’re over it now) and Stirchley has spoken. So dig out your imitation-leather trenchcoats and wrap-around sunglasses, we’re going down the rabbit hole!

Join us for the Oscar-winning Poor Things, and witness the fantastical evolution of Bella Baxter, a young woman brought back to life by the brilliant and unorthodox scientist Dr. Godwin Baxter. Yes, it’s quite weird.

If you missed this bonkers, over-the-top masterpiece at the cinema (and somehow managed to miss Screen B14’s screening of it too) then you’re in luck! It’s exactly what you’d expect from a Yorgos Lanthimos film- It’s basically an insane fairy tale. And, according to Stephanie Zacharek of Time Magazine, Emma Stone’s performance is “wonderful—vital, exploratory, almost lunar in its perfect oddness”. Join us at Birmingham Brewing Company for a Christmas film fundraiser with a difference as we watch Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale.

Rare Exports is a 2010 Finnish fantasy action horror comedy film. In the depths of the Korvatunturi mountains in Finland, 486 meters deep, lies the closest ever guarded secret of Christmas. The time has come to dig it up.

Soon after, children start disappearing, leading a boy and his father to capture Santa and, with the help of fellow hunters, they look to sell him back to the corporation that sponsored the dig. And then there's Santa's elves, who are determined to free their leader...

£6 of every ticket sold will be donated to the brilliant local charity SIFA fireside.

Marcel the Shell with Shoes On is based on a 2010 short film by Dean Fleischer-Camp, starring Jenny Slate as Marcel. Written by Dean Fleischer-Camp and Jenny Slate, the original short was an official selection of the 2011 Sundance Film Festival and won the Grand Jury and Audience Awards at the 2011 New York International Children’s Film Festival. Join us at the brilliant Birmingham Brewing Company to enjoy Bruce Robinson's celebrated 1987 cult comedy starring Richard E. Grant and Paul McGann. It's the end of the 1960s and two out-of-work actors, Withnail (Grant) and 'I' (McGann), subsist on a diet of booze, drugs and fags in their revolting Camden flat. In order to escape the depressing nexus of visits from their dealer and the months of untouched washing-up, they escape to the country, with the intention of getting some R and R at a cottage owned by Withnail's uncle Monty (Richard Griffiths). However, things do not exactly go as planned.
